I know, frying in oil isn’t exactly the healthiest of things, but where I am coming from on this one is how a stir fry gets me to mix up the veggies in my diet and keep things diverse. When I make the grocery list each week, I often notice a lot of the same veggies: lettuce, spinach, kale, red pepper, onions. Those are definitely the most common.
